NEW CRM RECORDS

Review New Contacts and Companies
Find new contacts and companies added since your previous synchronisation, review their data quality and identify records that need attention.

Ongoing data monitoring

Review New CRM Records Before Problems Build Up

The New Records section monitors recently created contacts and companies and highlights potential data-quality problems while those records are still new.

This helps you identify possible duplicates, missing information and incomplete names before those issues affect reporting, segmentation, automation or sales activity.

Rolling monitoring window

How the Last 24 Hours Are Monitored

EazyMatch AI uses a rolling 24-hour window to monitor incoming CRM records. Each day, it reviews contacts and companies created during the previous 24 hours.

Because the window moves forward continuously, the New Records section focuses on recent data rather than displaying every record held in your CRM.

Created records, not every recently edited record

The section monitors records created during the rolling 24-hour period. It is designed to catch problems affecting new CRM entries as they are added.

Contacts and companies

Which New Records Are Reviewed?

New contacts

Contact Records

Review contacts or people added to HubSpot or Pipedrive during the rolling 24-hour monitoring period.

New companies

Company Records

Review companies or organisations added to your connected CRM during the same period.

Data-quality checks

What EazyMatch AI Checks

New records are reviewed for common problems that can make CRM data incomplete, unreliable or difficult to use.

Duplicate detection

Possible Duplicate Records

EazyMatch AI checks whether a newly created contact or company may duplicate another record already held in your CRM.

Missing data

Incomplete Information

New records are checked for important information that may be missing from the contact or company fields used by EazyMatch AI.

Data quality

Partial or Low-Quality Names

EazyMatch AI flags suspicious values, such as a contact whose surname contains only a single letter.

A flag does not always mean the record is incorrect

The section highlights records that may require attention. Review the available information before deciding whether a record should be updated, merged or retained.

Duplicate alerts

Receive an Email When Duplicates Are Found

If possible duplicates are identified among the new records, EazyMatch AI sends an email alert so they can be reviewed quickly.

Reviewing possible duplicates soon after creation helps prevent both records from being used independently by sales, marketing, reporting or automated workflows.

Review process

How to Review New Records

  1. Open the New Records section Review the contacts and companies detected during the rolling 24-hour period.
